Purchasing a new home is a very involved and time-consuming
process as you are, no doubt, aware. But what, exactly, goes
into the search?

The initial meetings serve to determine exactly what you are
looking for; this allows us to tailor our search to your
precise needs and requirements.

After the first meetings are over, we go right to work finding
your new home. This includes discussion and negotiation
with other top agents, culling undesirable properties that
do not meet your criteria from the list.

         



During the negotiation phase, we meet with both you and
the seller to find terms of sale appropriate to you. We then
prepare the sale documents for signing, and deposit funds
with an escrow agent as needed.

Next, we help you follow through on all aspects of the
contract, from property inspection to making sure that
you receive everything specified in the condition promised.

And finally, comes the closing - you're nearly finished!
We monitor the legal and physical proceedings closely,
walking through the property a final time before the
closing occurs. And just like that, it's done.
